PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia (HCMI) didirikan pada tahun 1991 serata memiliki 2 lokasi pabrik yang berlokasi pertama Plant-1 berada di Cibitung dan dengan lahan 100.003 M2 untuk Plant-2 berlokasi di MM2100 Industrial Park. Dalam proses produksi HCMI menggunakan perlengkapan teknologi modern untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang di inginkan dan penghematan waktu guna pengiriman yang terjadwal

Accounting [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]

Qualifications :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting 
  • Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance
  • Excellent for Arithmetic Counting
  • Familiar with Computer Administration is a must Especially Excel, SAP system, and Oracle system is advantage
  • Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage 
  • Able to work as a team and individually, resilience and  persistence, hardworker, initiative, detail, and like challenge
  • Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
  • ProbationMin. 1 year in Accounting

Design [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]

Qualifications:                                    

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree  in Mechanical Engineering 
  • Fresh graduated are welcome or min 1 years working experience as Design Staff is an advantage
  • Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
  • Experienced in using NX CAD Software is an advantage
  • Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
  • Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
  • Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
  • Contract 1 

Finance & Tax [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]

Qualification :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting or Finance Management
  • Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance & Tax Staff
  • Familiar with Computer Administration is a must (Especially Excel)
  • Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage 
  • Able to work as a team and individually, Neat Administration, Communicative, Adapt quickly and Quickly to learn
  • Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
  • ProbationMin. 1 year in Finance

Japanese Interpreter [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]

Qualifications :

  • Education : D3 Japanese Literature
  • Having a minimum 3 years experience as Interpreter and proficiency at level 3 (JLPT N3) is a must
  • Familiar in Ms. Office (Ms. word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
  • Good communication in English is an advantage.
  • Able to work as a team and individually

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelore degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or IT Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate or Has min. 1 years working experience as Maintenance Job in Manufacturing Company
  • Have Knowledge of PLC, Microcontroller, IoT
  • Familiar with Ms. Office (intermediate Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Power point)
  • Could communicate in English or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
  • Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest, and work hard
  • Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

Production Engineering [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]

Qualifications:                                    

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree  in Mechanical Engineering
  • Fresh graduate are welcome or 2 years working experience as Engineering Job
  • Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
  • Familiar in using AutoCAD 3D Software is a must
  • Familiar with Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel and ASME Code is an advantage
  • Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
  • Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
  • Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

Quality Assurance Inspector for Excavator [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]
 
Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience related to Quality Control
  • Have knowledge/experience in basic programing or good in measuring skill using CMM, ULM, Calibration System, and ability to use Autocad Application.
  • Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat
  • Contract 1 
Safety [PT. Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia]
 
Qualification : 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree  in Environmental Engineering / K3 Engineering/Public Health
  • Min. 1 years working experience as HSE Staff in a Manufacturing Company
  • Has a General K3 Expert certificate/AK3U certificated by the Ministry of Manpower RI
  • Having been a P2K3 Secretary is an Advantage
  • Understand the concept of HIRA/JSA/Risk Management
  • Understand ISO 450001 Audit and SMK3
  • Familiar with Ms. Office & making banner designs is prefered
  • Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
  • Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
  • Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
