Corporate Cluster Revenue Manager
Job Description:
- Creating revenue & distribution strategy by region and responsible for department metric indicators
- Managing the Corporate Cluster & Revenue coordinators
- Responsible for hotel management revenue in Jakarta area
- Selecting potential accounts (online & offline) to be maintained & developed alongside Sales team
- Assessing cost, market & competition research, supply & demand to identify selling prices in Jakarta region
- Directing and giving advice to the team’s coordinator related to compset regarding necessary action that hotel might need,
- Ensuring and validating the data on IVI compared to the data in PMS
Job Requirement:
- Possess minimum Diploma in relevant field
- Familiar with VHP PMS, Channel Manager RezGain, Microsoft Office and Rate shopper tools
- Have min 2 years experiences in relevant fields in hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Proficient in data analyst

- Assist and organize the departmental activities
- Working together with Key Person in Internal Department

Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day digital campaign operation, in liaison with vendor, other departments, as well as Headquarter team for matters related to administration and tracking implementation
- Assist Manager on UTM implementation to hotels
- Validate the list of bookings from affiliate partners on monthly basis
- Ensure all campaign material is ready as required, in liaison with Content & Website team
- Assist Manager on creating reports (Google Analytics) via Datastudio
- Able to operate graphic design tools considered a plus point

Job Description:
- Understand the business flow and manage a team of Technology practitioners to support the group’s business initiative in operations and projects of hotels and service residences.
- Reduce risk and maintaining uptime and availability through technology investment and improvements.
- Provide architectural governance; review, lead and manage projects relating to the implementation of new technology and business systems.
- Strengthen and streamline IT operations and successful deployments with compliance to cyber security policies and enterprise architecture board guidelines.
- Create monthly arrangement report related with technology operations, projects and to monitor on regular basis.
- Oversee the ID IT budget, and forecasting processes with responsibility for operational to rationalize, standardize and consolidate IT expenditure.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as IT champion for Indonesia to ensure effective communication of issues and opportunities.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- More than 10 years of experience in an IT leadership role with responsibilities in managing IT security, compliance, applications, service delivery and infrastructure
- Comfortable with software development life-cycle and Windows Server operating system
- Experienced with SQL, Apache, Linux, AZURE, and other Cloud Platform

- Developing and executing strategy to achieve sales target and expand customer database
- Assessing cost, market research, supply & demand to have insights on setting selling prices and to develop business opportunities
- Reviewing accounts from government, corporate, travel agents, etc. to be developed as NKA
- Preparing budget guidelines, budget expense for yearly events and reviewing hotel budget for NKA
