Telekomunikasi Selular (TELKOMSEL) merupakan salah satu perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia. Saat ini Telkomsel adalah operator selular terbesar di Indonesia dengan 178 juta pelanggan dan untuk melayani pelanggannya yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk juga di daerah terpencil dan pulau terluar serta daerah perbatasan negara, Telkomsel menggelar lebih dari 146 ribu BTS.

Pada saat tahun 1995, PT. Telekomunikasi Selular (TELKOMSEL) diluncurkan dan diresmikan oleh PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) dan PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat). Pada tahun tersebut meluncurkan layanan pascabayar, kartuHalo. Telkomsel secara konsisten melayani negeri, menghadirkan akses telekomunikasi kepada masyarakat Indonesia yang tersebar dari Sabang sampai Merauke.

1. .NET Developer
Requirement
  • At least 2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Preferable having a national / international

  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Have experience 2 years or more in software development as C# developer (OOP is a must).
  • Have experience 2 years or more in software development as .net Developer. Experienced using source code management such as github or gitlab (gitflow). Experienced using NuGet and ReSharper.

2. Backend Developer
Requirement
  • At least 2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.
  • Strong passion in technology, programming & software development.

  • Firm grasp in object-oriented, functional, or event-driven programming practices.

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and CLI.
  • Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL database.
  • Knowledge about Microservices Architecture.
  • Good knowledge of RESTFUL API.
  • Good Knowledge and experience in NodeJS, Golang, Java or Python.
  • Experienced in building large-scale web apps/services/APIs.
  • Experienced using Cloud Service such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Experienced using Docker & CI/CD deployment.
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development.

3. Data Scientist
Requirement

  • Have 3-5 years hands-on experience in the exploitation of data and the use of advanced statistical and modelling techniques to understand and improve business performance in at least one major industry vertical.
  • Having a very good understanding about statistics, Data Engineer, and Data Modelling.
  • Be a clear, confident and persuasive communicator, with excellent presentation skills and with the ability to structure a coherent, logical argument and the confidence to defend assumptions, projections and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in, and fair understanding of, big data technology and the business trends that are driving the adoption of this technology
  • Be proficient in the use of both written and spoken business English.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and people skills, including the ability to work independently and appropriately prioritise between competing opportunities.
  • Have a background in business and/or technology consulting.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of either Statistics; Mathematical Modelling; or Behavioural Economics, preferably to post-graduate level. Be familiar with both SQL and at least one of the following procedural programming languages C; C; C#; Java; Python; Perl; R.
  • Have competencies or certification (e.g: CRM Analytics, Data Modellar, Data Strategist, Machine Learning, Video Analytics,
  • Data Engineer, Growth Hacking, Deep Learning, NLP, Business Analytics, Project Management, Domain Expert, or Data
  • Visualization) from trusted institutions recognized by professional

  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science or Business Analytic.

4. Front Developer
Requirement
  • SMK/Fresh Graduate/Final year thesis/S1 are welcomed.

Requirement
  • Good knowledge of RESTFUL APIs.

  • Experienced in more than 2 projects which use React Native.
  • Experienced in publishing Apps on Google
  • Play Store and Apple App Store.

6. Product Owner
Requirement

  • At least 2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Problem solving skill, analyze, and identity solution.
  • Good knowledge of technology stacks and platforms
  • Good commnication and team work

7. Quality Assurance
Requirement
  • At least 2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.

8. Scrum Master
Requirement
  • Experience as QA or software developer.
  • Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. Great
  • knowledge and mindset about agile methodologies, especially Scrum & Kanban
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Scrum Master.
  • Strong passion in technology & software development.
  • Expert level facilitation and communication skills: ability to facilitate teams through tough conversations and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to change, using it as an opportunity to learn, develop, practice and support the organization.
  • Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing fact, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions.
  • Have an experience managing product/ software development.
  • Knowledge about JIRA, Confluence and Trello is a plus
  • Have a CSM / PSM is a big plus.

9. Techinical Documentation Engineer
Requirement
  • At least 2 years working experience in related fields.
  • Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.

  • Familiarity with user guide, system documentation, testing documentation, architectural documentation.

10. UI Designer
Requirement
  • Proven Ul experience.
  • Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Up-to-dBS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or relate date with the latest UI trends, tech.

11. UX Researcher
Requirement
  • Experience with web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility issues, and frontend performance.
  • Min. 2 years experience in user research or design ethnography, or a Master degree in Computer Interaction/Human Centered Design.
  • Strong understanding and empathy for our customers.
  • Passionate to understand users and their motivations.\
  • Wide range knowledge of using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping or experience mapping (identifying touch points)
  • Additional points if you have experiences with wireframing/prototyping
