Lowongan Kerja PT Altrak 1978 - PT Altrak 1978  sesuai dengan namanya berdiri pada tahun 1978 sebagai anak perusahaan dari Central Cipta Murdaya atau CCM. Sejak didirikannya PT Altrak 1978 fokus bergerak dibidang perdagangan alat-alat berat dengan menjadi sole agent dan distributor diantaranya Cummins, New Holland, Austoft, Mitsubishi, Nichiyu, Fatuzzi, Kawasaki, Grove Manitowoc, Dynapac, Fleetguard dan JCB. Sampai saat ini PT Altrak 1978 memiliki 32 cabang di seluruh Indonesia dengan 1300 orang karyawan.

Bermula dari meningkatnya penjualan unit Genset Cummins yang tak lepas dari pemakaian panel control Genset, pada tahun 1993 PT Altrak 1978 yang berada di HO Jakarta, merintis produksi panel Genset yang pada awalnya hanya bersifat sebagai support penjualan Genset saja.

Seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan di Indonesia, maka kebutuhan akan panel listrik tak hanya sebatas pada control Genset saja dan semakin meningkat ke penggunaan di infrastruktur, building maupun industry, oleh sebab itu PT Altrak 1978 turut mengikuti dinamika pertumbuhan dengan meningkatkan kualitas produksinya yang saat ini telah dapat memproduksi panel LVMDP, Capacitor Bank, MDB, MCC, ATS, AMF dan tidak ketinggalan panel control Gensetnya.

Drafter
Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old.
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 years of working experience.
• Able to AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Expert in construction of panels and electrical asystems.
• Placement in Bintaro, South Jakarta.

SPV. HUMAN RESOURCE (HR)
Requirements:

• Male, max. 40 years old.
• Magister Degree from Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Psychology, and Law.
• Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience are welcome.
• Able to lead, coordinate, and teamwork.
• Understand labor laws, benefit and compensation, BPJS.
• Able to payroll process and absenteeism.
• Fluent using Ms. Office and Linux.
• Placement in Head Office (South Jakarta, Bintaro).

IT – Technical Support IT – Staff
Requirements:

• Male, 20-30 years old. – Male/Female, 23-35 years old.
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer. – Diploma and Bachelors Degree in Computer.

Requirements:

• Male, max 25 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience or fresh graduate.
• GPA min 3.00, from University with accreditation.
• Good looking, good communication skills, strong leadership potential, and healty.

Requirements:

• Male, max 25 years old.
• Vocational High Schools, Diploma and Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Placement in Surabaya, Balikpapan, Medan, Samarinda, Waingapu-NTT, Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, Padang, Lampung, Batam.

Sales Engineer
Requirements:

• Male, age 25 – 30 years old
• Bachelor degree with major Engineering or Marine Engineering
• Experience in heavy equipment
• Placement in Pontianak, Jambi, Ketapang-West Kalimantan, Banjarmasin, Surabaya, Sampit-Central Kalimantan, Cilacap-Central Java, Semarang.

Finance Staff
Requirements:

• Female/Male, max. 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required languages: Indonesia, English.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills: Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budget Management, Auditting.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Placement in Jakarta.

Customer Service Officer
Requirements:

• Max. 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civill, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Marine, Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Requirements:
