Senior Analyst - SC Risk & Compliance
Job Descriptions:
- Location: Head Office
- Status: Contract for 6 months
- Collect and provide the information and able to determine what its needs and where the best sources can be found
- Able to take varied and often complicated data and perform the analysis
- Plan, evaluate, and monitor the implementation referred to the prevailed policy
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) background
- Any background education referred to the respective analyst role
- Has knowledge computer literacy

Counterman
Job Descriptions:
- Location: Cilacap
- Status: Contract
- Process Customer order and return through DBS with correct PO, customer id, sales type and capture all required information ie: machine model, serial no., obtain approval for BO for parts.
- Monitor all pending document and in process document, back up Parts man in Input and record IA for parts Operation and control the in transit. Conduct cycle time analysis back order per month.
- Make sure that customer gets the solution for the correct parts. Choosing the competitive parts and well explanation to customer is a must
- Check package condition & items quantity, take photo & necessary data for incomplete / damage, receiving stock order / transfer in DBS system as per PDP, receiving customer & service dept return as per PDP, put parts to the right Bin, receiving & inspection Reman Old core as per guidance
- Receiving hose order (identify reusable component of hose, put reusable component into stock, pick required additional components) built up new hose, recommence alternative choice for new stock if non stock, remove install
- Monitoring Collection parts from stock locations to fill orders and prepare filled parts orders for shipment (including inter-branch transfers), monitoring all facility maintenance in warehousing including safety and contamination control
- File all document systematically in filling system, Coordinate admin activity, check the completeness of supporting document related to counter activities
- Assess Warehouse for safety and compliance, promote safety; ensure workplace is safe & convenient and workplace complies with CC Guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School
- Fresh Graduate, preferable 1 year minimum experience in warehouse.
- Understand about management and parts books, product knowledge
- Basic English, Computer literacy
PS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Descriptions
- Location: Semarang
- Status: Contract
- Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process.
- Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer.
- Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward tge problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery.
- Assess customer credit, identify customer financial procedure, monitor collection process and receivables.
- Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
- Develop strategy to cover his / her territory.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Economics (S1)
- 2 Years in: Heavy Equipment Sales
- Business Knowledge: Understand the improvement of Heavy Equipment Technology in the world and its supply chain and customer service
- Enabler skill: Biz English, Ms Office
TECHNICIAN
Job Descriptions:
- Location: Cilegon
- Status: Permanent
- Analyze and conduct repair and maintenance (i.e. all adjustment and calibration, testing, etc) of various problem on engine / power train / hydraulics system / fuel system / auto electrical.
- Analyze and conduct troubleshooting on any operations faults or damage occurred to engine / power train / hydraulics system / fuel system / auto electrical according to service manual.
- Develop Mechanic skill, identify and recommend skill development according to competency needed.
- Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation).
- Inspect and prepare report in standard service form.
- Minimum Technical High School (STM)
- 1 year in heavy equipment mechanic
- Has knowledge related basis mechanic process and system equipment
- Basic English
